Yearly Maintenance Fee
Because I’m not like Elon, money doesn’t grow on trees for me either. I do have ongoing costs to maintain your website.
So each year on the anniversary date of your website launch, I will send you an invoice for a modest $100 to assist me with ongoing maintenance costs. These include:
- Hosting service
- Technical issues and troubleshooting
- Security, and
- Design program and image licenses.
The yearly maintenance fee is so low I’m almost embarrassed to charge it. But I spread these costs over numerous clients, and it is one of things that keeps us in a working relationship over time.
Hopefully you’ll find my services worthwhile and gladly help me keep things going.
(Hint: Then I won’t have to send Trendy Wendy out to collect the bill. Not a pleasant thought.)
